[Info] Frequently Asked Questions

Hello, I'm Katy. 
I will answer some questions that we frequently receive. 

Q1. On the laptop, the bottom screen is blurry.  Is this normal? 
A1. Please  go to Config > Calibration > Lower screen CLOCK: on the viewer software and adjust the values there.

Q2. The viewer software does not run on Windows 8.1
A1. You cannot disable device driver signature checking on Windows 8.1.  We developed a new driver with an installer. Please contact me via Skype if you need it.
Please note that we give the driver only to those who have purchased capture kits from us.

Q3. I cannot install the viewer software.
Please unplug all other USB devices from your computer. Please connect directly to the PC without connecting through a USB hub or other device. If you are using a desktop PC, please plug the cable in from the back. The front USB port will not be recognized.
